Youthful Horizons Therapy (YHT) has a highly trained and licensed pediatric physical therapy team to help children develop and improve their gross motor skills allowing them to reach their full functional potential and the highest level of independence. Our therapists will provide an extensive evaluation and create a custom treatment plan using a variety of techniques tailored to meet your child's specific needs. They will work with each family to develop a personalized home exercise program that will be monitored and modified on a weekly basis. YHT provides services to children from birth to 18 years of age with a variety of diagnoses. For children from birth to three years old, our services can be provided in the home, daycare and Early Head Start settings.

- Chromosomal Disorders: Down Syndrome, Charcot-Marie-tooth disease, Angelman Syndrome
- Neurological disorders: Rett Syndrome, Spina Bifida, Hypertonia, Hypotonia
- Mobility: transfers, floor mobility, and ambulation
- Motor planning
