John Walter, PT, DPT, Owner
Jon received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University in 2010. He has primarily worked in acute care and outpatient orthopedic and neurological settings since that time. Jon has experience with post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, postural and mechanical correction, post-stroke rehabilitation and balance and strength training. When not at work, Jon is enjoying the lakes and mountains of the Inland Northwest and spending time with his wife and daughter.

David Owan, PT
David leads the team at Youthful Horizons. His extensive experience and knowledge of physical therapy and wellness are combined with a sincere dedication to providing the best care possible to all clients. His philosophy includes providing education to clients and others in the community so they can take steps themselves to improve or maintain their overall health and well-being.

Michelle Linehan, PT, PCS, M.Ed,
Michelle has been with Youthful Horizons since 2004 and has more than 38 years of experience working with children. She worked in the field of education, both in the U.S. and in Africa, as a teacher and state-level administrator for 13 years. She has spent the last 25 years working as a pediatric physical therapist in a variety of settings: hospital acute care, outpatient, school systems, and early intervention programs. She completed the NDT/Bobath eight-week Pediatric course in 1999 and became a Pediatric Certified Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association in 2002 and was re-certified in 2012. She has owned 2 pediatric physical therapy practices seeing children in their natural environment both in both Georgia and Idaho. Michelle is a nationally recognized educational speaker and instructor.

Shayla Weiler, PT, DPT,
Shayla received both her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Eastern Washington University. She has practical experience in acute, school-based, orthopedic, and early intervention pediatric settings. Shayla initially came to Youthful Horizons as a student and began working as a physical therapist soon after she graduated in June 2019. Shayla has a passion for working with the pediatric population and loves working with kids of all ages. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and with her friends, her family, and her dogs.

Liz Bratcher, PT
Liz has been a licensed physical therapist since she graduated from the University of Washington in 1992. She has practiced in outpatient orthopedic clinics in the Spokane Valley since 1994. Liz is skilled in manual physical therapy techniques, exercise rehabilitation, and aquatic physical therapy. Liz is dedicated to treating the whole person in helping them achieve their functional goals with physical therapy treatment. Liz is married with two children and enjoys camping, hiking, and other outdoor activities.

Stacy Franklin, PTA, ATRIC
Stacy Franklin has worked for Youthful Horizons Therapy since Sept. 2001. She is a licensed physical therapist assistant, has a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine and is ATRI certified (by the Aquatic Therapy and Rehabilitation Industry). She treats children and adults both on land and in the pool and travels into homes and daycare settings to work with children ages birth to three. Stacy has extensive training in Aquatic Therapy and Myofascial Release and enjoys working with individuals of all ages but specializes in working with the pediatric population. Stacy enjoys working out, being outdoors and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Aliece Ellisen, PTA
Aliece received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Eastern Washington University in 2014 and her Physical Therapist Assistant Associates degree from Spokane Falls Community College in 2017. She has practical experience working in the following settings: pediatrics, orthopedics, acute care and work conditioning programs. Aliece has been practicing at Youthful Horizons Therapy since 2017 upon graduation and provides physical therapy services to children and adults both on land and in the pool. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, reading and exploring new places.

Sierra Klucikowski, PT, DPT
Sierra Klucikowski started working for Youthful Horizons Therapy in 2021 after graduating from Regis University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Santa Clara University in 2018 and is now a licensed physical therapist. She works with patients of all ages, and while she has many interests, she works mostly with orthopedic cases. She also has experience in an Inpatient Rehab setting with patients who have suffered strokes. Outside the clinic, she enjoys the outdoors, participating in domestic and international service, traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with family. And she is thrilled to make Spokane, WA her permanent home. She recently moved here and feels blessed to start her new life in this beautiful place, at this amazing clinic, and with her wonderful fiancé.
