Receptionist
Brandee Givens
Brandee is a scheduling master and will do anything she can to make schedules work for the patients and therapist. She has been working for Youthful Horizons since forever. Once a week she provides the office with an amazing lunch with her love of cooking and skills she learned from her Culinary Arts degree. She loves gardening, local food, loves local music, spending time with her daughter and loving the earth.
Administrative Assistant, Certified Personal Trainer
Krystal Tippett
Krystal is a nationally certified and credentialed Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Counselor. She has spent more than 15 years working with a variety of age groups and populations including athletes, children, and older adults. Her credentials include certifications from The National Academy of Sports Medicine, The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, The American Academy of Sports Dieticians and Nutritionists, YMCA, Spinning, Yogafit, Silver Sneakers, and TRX. She has a special interest in fitness theory and practice, injury prevention, core stabilization, muscle strengthening, and endurance training. Krystal enjoys teaching Group Fitness and holds an adjunct position at Gonzaga University. She enjoys many outdoor activities, such as cycling, running, water and snow skiing, hiking, kayaking and camping with the family.

Melissa Jones
Missy is an insurance and office aide who does a little bit of everything. She has been working for Youthful Horizons since the summer of 2015. She loves interacting with the kids that come through the door. Missy enjoys being a mom and anything to do with music.

Family Resource Coordinator
Amy Isakson
Amy is a Family Resource Coordinator for the birth to three programs. She has been at Youthful Horizons been since 2015 and previously worked 17 years for Early Head Start. She is a mother of 3 children and a German Shepherd. Currently, she is a board member for Beats and Rhythm's that helps children with Congenital Heart Disease. Amy enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
Family Resource Coordinator
Patti Franks
Patty is a Family Resources Coordinator FRC. She was previously an Early Head Teacher for 12 years at the Adult Education Center working with families from diverse cultures. Patty attended the social services program at Whitworth University and is currently attending Eastern Oregon University for psychology. She loves to camp and be in the beautiful outdoors with her family.

Natalie Patel
I have been an FRC for two months and prior to that was a receptionist/office manger for the six years in the pediatric therapy community. I love working with children and feel so lucky to have found a job where I can help children and their families. I have been married for 9 years and we have a 4 1/2 year old son. We love to go to movies, bbq, travel and take our 2 dogs for walks.
Family Resoure Coordinator
Galadriel Imbler
Galadriel studied Early Childhood Education, and then received hr Bachelor degree from Whitworth University in Social Services. She has three boys who keep her busy with scouting, church activities and playing in their high school band. Galadriel is passionate about working with children. Prior to working for Youthful Horizons, she worked for Spokane Public Schools in a Behavior Intervention classroom for 3 years. She volunteer taught for 14 years in church programs for children from 18 months to 12 years of age. Being a Family Resources Coordinator here at Youthful Horizons has been especially rewarding for he since her own children have seen the benefits of receiving services through Early Intervention.
