Shayla's educational training includes Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Eastern Washington University. With practical experience spanning acute, school-based, orthopedic, and early intervention pediatric settings, Shayla's expertise is diverse and comprehensive. Her tenure at Youthful Horizons began as a student and seamlessly transitioned into a role as a physical therapist upon her graduation in June 2019.

With a deep-seated passion for working with the pediatric population, Shayla finds joy in connecting with children of all ages. Outside of her professional commitments, she finds solace and happiness in spending time outdoors with her friends, family, and beloved dogs
