Galadriel's educational journey led her to study Early Childhood Education before earning her Bachelor's degree in Social Services from Whitworth University. With three active boys involved in scouting, church activities, and high school band, she finds herself very busy with family adventures. Galadriel's passion for working with children is deeply ingrained, evident in her extensive experience prior to joining Youthful Horizons. Her previous roles include three years in a Behavior Intervention classroom at Spokane Public Schools and volunteer teaching in church programs catering to children aged 18 months to 12 years.

As a Family Resources Coordinator at Youthful Horizons, Galadriel finds fulfillment, particularly because her own children have experienced the benefits of Early Intervention services firsthand.
